ACN Carers High Tea – Celebrating Carers Week 2025!
ACN’s Carers High Tea at Conca D’oro Riverwood was a heartfelt celebration of the incredible carers in our community. Filled with laughter, connection, and inspiration, the day reminded carers that they are seen, valued, and deserving of rest and joy. From music and meditation to powerful panel discussions, it was a beautiful reminder that when carers take time to recharge, everyone benefits.
